from my initial contact with dale until the job was finished i cannot brag enough about how happy i am with their service. despite health issues dale spent generous time with me explaining all aspects & choices about my new door . shannon kept in touch regarding installation. when john arrived he was tidy with his work habits cleaned up each day with great care & offered small considerations like putting a screw into my birdfeeder bracket! not part of the job just an example of the kindness of this company's personnel! he also looked around my home remembering the window replacement he did 20 years ago. now that is great care for the customer!! thank you all immensely.
